One of the important departments in Nazarie Pardazan Parsian Company is the technical unit, which in addition to completing all projects on time, is also responsible for the following tasks:
1- Explaining and determining the goals of the projects based on the policy, goals and policies
2- Astrology, needs assessment, feasibility study and review of proposed projects and their prioritization for implementation based on available credits
3- Estimating the cost of project implementation
4- Providing supervision and participation on how to conclude contracts
5. Supervision and control of projects in terms of
A- Compliance with the project implementation schedule
B- Execution of the project according to the executive plans
C- Supervising the temporary and final delivery of projects
6- Necessary training, guidance and advice to unit managers and all stakeholders regarding projects related to projects
7- Visiting, reviewing and confirming
